Call center monitoring software that you can finally afford
240,000 call centers and growing every day

Like the majority of the 240,000 call centers in the United States, your call center has grown to the point where manually monitoring is preventing your supervisors from doing an efficient job evaluating agents. Until now, options to improve monitoring have been to tape record, or purchase an overkill digital system that can cost up to and over $100,000. With a decent number of reps, though, tape cassettes still dont provide the efficiency youre looking for, and you cant justify spending tens of thousands of dollars on the big system. So what do you do? The answer.....you start with a simple, easy to use software program that installs in less than 30 minutes, is compatible with all phone systems, and costs only $2495. The time you save and the new efficiency you'll acquire by implementing the AMS software will ALONE justify the cost of this software. Not to mention the increase in agent performance levels. Just think of the valuable coaching and training that can stem from this type of software.
Our Goals | |||||||||||||||||

We developed our software with some specific goals in mind. We wanted the Agent Monitoring System to: Be SIMPLE and EASY to use- Anyone with basic PC knowledge can operate this program with practically no training or support needed. Be AFFORDABLE- We wanted to keep the price as low as possible so companies could afford to implement the product today. For as low as $2495, most companies have found that it is to their benefit to find a place in their budget sooner than later. One license at $2495 will allow you to record 320 thirty minute sessions a month (based on a regular work week) for evaluation, coaching, and training at your supervisors convenience. How many observations are you doing now? Wouldnt you rather sit down with your reps after peak calling times for coaching? If you had 100 reps and four software licenses, do you think you could afford $8.50 a month per rep for only one year? Be COMPATIBLE with all PBXs. We use a voice modem to dial into the PBX-all we need is an analog line cofigured to silent monitor. We've been certified by 2 major vendors and proven compatible with many more like Lucent, Siemens, Nortel, Aspect, Executone, and NEC. Create schedules days, weeks, or months in advance giving your supervisors EXTRA TIME. Be SCALABLE- We dont charge for every new rep you hire. You get licenses when you need them, usually when you get an additional supervisor, but the choice is yours. Upgrade to our latest version-we can do this since its software. Add our program to existing ones-we can do this since its software. Have DIGITAL quality- Calls are recorded and saved as WAV files. Be UNIVERSAL- We wanted to have the only product of its kind to help companies like yours all over the world reach the efficiency levels we all so desire.

In order to use the Agent Monitoring System with your PBX\ACD you must have the following: 1. A PC running Windows 95, 98 or NT 4.0 2. Memory, 32mb - additional memory is better but not necessary. 3. If you are saving recordings to your PC (as opposed to the LAN) you will need to have at least 100mb of free hard disk space or a removable hi-capacity floppy drive. If your PC is equipped with a multi giga-byte hard drive then this will provide the necessary disk space to store hundreds of hours worth of recordings. If you choose to use the hi-capacity floppy disks, Sony and Iomega have introduced external units that will store hours of recordings on a single disk. The prices for these units are under $200 and the disks are $20. 4. Sound card. To the best of our knowledge any Microsoft Windows certified sound card will work. We have tested a wide variety of sound cards and found no problems. However, if you need to buy a sound card we recommend a SoundBlaster 16. 5. Voice Modem. A voice modem differs from a conventional modem because it has a Speaker output and Microphone input jack on it. A voice modem is provided with the software. 6. Analog Telephone Line. Our research indicates all major PBX\ACDs are pretty standard in this regard. Analog phone lines (a modem line for your PC or Fax machine is an analog line) can be configured with the appropriate class of service to permit silent monitoring. For specific details please check with your Telecom Manager or phone system vendor.
